About the role..
Join our dedicated multidisciplinary team as an Occupational Therapist and make a meaningful difference in our Private Hospital! In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver tailored Occupational Therapy services to clients, supporting their recovery and empowering them to achieve their goals.
With guidance and clinical supervision provided by our experienced Senior Occupational Therapist, you'll have ongoing support to thrive in your role. You’ll also have access to exciting professional growth opportunities through our dynamic in-service and Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) programs, enabling you to expand your expertise and stay at the forefront of the profession.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high quality, evidence based, timely Occupational Therapy services to clients to maximise function, performance in activities of daily living that are meaningful to the client.
- Working collaboratively with members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that the client receives an integrated service that meets their needs.
- Attendance and participation at case conferences, goal setting meetings, family conferences.
- Support/participate in clinical research conducted by colleagues and other Occupational Therapists conducting multi-centred projects.
- Provide assessments, treatments and written individual and group therapy programs.
About you..
We seek a self-motivated and friendly individual with:
Essential Criteria:
- Current full Occupational Therapist registration with AHPRA.
- Experience in working within a rehabilitation framework.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Computer literacy.
- C Class driver’s license.
- Sound time management, teamwork and self-organisation skills.
- Passion for Neurological rehabilitation including Stroke and Spinal Cord Injuries.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience working in Private Hospital setting – inpatient.
- Experience in quality activities.
