About us..
Welcome to Sargood on Collaroy a world first resort purpose built for people living with Spinal Cord Injury.
We provide Short Term Accommodation and Assistance and Accessible Holidays with a team of qualified and dedicated staff, breath-taking ocean views and access to world-class facilities and activities. Club Sargood is located on site at Sargood on Collaroy and provides allied health services to guests and community clients.
The facility is proudly operated by Royal Rehab, Australia’s leading provider of rehabilitation and disability services.
About the role...
An exciting opportunity exists to join our dynamic team as a Guest Attendant. Our Guest Attendant role is an integral part of the Sargood on Collaroy team and will provide the highest possible standard of care and customer service to our valuable guests. You will also have the unique opportunity to assist our guests to explore the local area and greater Sydney to meet their social, recreational and vocational goals during their stay.
Key responsibilities include:
Assistance with personal care
Cooking, shopping,housekeeping, cleaning and similar tasks involved in everyday needs of guests
Assisting with social, recreational and vocational/training programs as chosen by guests during their stay, as well as facilitating community access through transport and mobility
About you..

We seek a fun, friendly and energetic individual with:
High customer service ethic and pride in your services and own personal appearance
A passion to learn and the ability to think critically, be resourceful and problem solve
Ability to communicate effectively in electronic, verbal and written forms
Current C unrestricted driver’s license
Current First Aid Certificate
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Food Handling
Computer skills
Available to work across weekdays and weekends
Potential to work short shifts i.e. 3-4 hours
