About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic HCM Project Team based in Milsons Point. You will work proactively and collaboratively with stakeholders to provide a key role with the design, delivery and support activities for the implementation of Royal Rehab’s new cloud-based Payroll, Workforce Management and HCM system.
Key responsibilities include:
Analyse requirements and provide input to system configuration
Assist with the extraction of data from source systems into the new system
Organise and facilitate information gathering sessions
Design, test and implement workflows and respective electronic forms
Design and participate in user testing and acceptance
Analyse system adoption and ensure relevant users’ knowledge is maintained for respective usage
Monitoring that the system is used and performs in a way that achieves the business case and desired outcomes
Oversee user training, user requests, administration, and maintenance of the system
Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders across various sites
Work closely with the Chief People Officer to maximise efficiencies available from the system
About you
You will be able to clearly demonstrate the following:
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience
Previous experience in supporting organisations through new systems implementations and business analysis activities
Ability to coordinate and facilitate information and data analysis gathering sessions
Experience with data extraction and conversion processes from source systems into predefined templates
Experience in developing and supporting system pilots and user acceptance testing processes
Strong analytical skills
Writing business processes and systems documentation
