About the role..
Come and join our team through our national graduate program and kickstart your career in Occupational Therapy. This individualised program offers a stepped comprehensive pathway from study to work in a multi-disciplinary team. We take the time to ensure you have established solid foundations through onsite clinical supervision and work shadowing, which focuses on high-quality, person-centered occupational therapy services.
Day to day you will:
- Learn how to collaborate with a range of stakeholders within a therapeutic support framework
- Develop your therapeutic reporting, functional and therapy assessments and information gathering
- Ensure clients receive tailored occupational therapy services that are individualised, and person-centred
- Apply different models to develop, implement and review therapy needs and work with clinicians to develop intervention plans and strategies with clients, family, carers, and their service providers.
- Develop your own clinical skills and actively participate in personal development.
Starting late January 2024, we welcome applications from Occupational Therapy graduates keen to make a difference and serious about their career. Interviews will commence on successful applications.
Candidates interested in applying will need tertiary level qualifications and registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
