About the role..
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Executive Manager Marketing and Communications, you will own and lead the marketing strategies across our healthcare brands.

Key responsibilities include:

Manage a portfolio of exciting brands under our healthcare portfolio, leading the development and execution of marketing programs and multichannel campaigns from start to finish
Conduct analytics across multiple platforms and extract key insights to inform strategy and future campaigns
Develop the creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Partner with the digital marketing specialist, content and communications specialist and external web team to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Lead the development and execution of key events such as expos, education seminars and more
Manage and develop successful outcomes with key external suppliers including partnerships, sponsorships, PR and more
Identify effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives and optimise accordingly
Support the broader organisational brand strategy

 
About you..
You will be able to clearly demonstrate the following:

Essential criteria:

Experienced in leading, developing and implementing marketing strategies, with end-to-end campaign management including content creation, execution and analysis
Value deep customer insights, understanding that the client is at the heart of it all, you turn customer insights into opportunities
Have ‘light-bulb’ moments of creativity and have a strong desire to push the limit, generate fresh, new ideas and trial different ways to succeed
Strong ability to communicate, influence, negotiate and build rapport
Exceptional written communication and are comfortable with writing content across the various communication platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nimble and able to adapt marketing strategies in alignment with business objectives
Keen attention to detail

Desirable criteria:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
