About the role..
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Marketing and Communications, and working alongside two other experienced Marketing Managers, you will play a significant role in shaping the future of Royal Rehab’s brand portfolio and contributing to our organisation's success.
Your primary focus is to develop and execute marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and demand, engage customers, and drive growth within your portfolio. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you ensure your strategies align seamlessly with our business objectives to ensure success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with the Executive Manager Marketing and Communications and relevant business unit General Managers and teams to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Gathering customer and market insights to identify trends, opportunities, competitive insights that will inform strategies, generate high value leads, and increase customer conversions.
- Creating and managing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and more, to effectively reach target audiences.
- Overseeing the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including website, social media content, and advertising materials to effectively communicate brand value proposition and messaging.
- Managing marketing budgets and resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
- Conducting tracking and analysis of marketing initiatives to optimise effectiveness and to extract key insights for future campaign development and marketing strategies.
- Presenting ideas and deliverables to the relevant teams and communicating with senior leaders about marketing programs and strategies.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Essential criteria:
- Demonstrated success in developing highly effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Data-driven marketing approach combined with a creative mindset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Effective project management, multitasking, and problem solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.
Desirable criteria:
- Content and copy writing.
- Optimising content for search engines using keywords.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
