About the role

We are growing our team and looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our LifeWorks service based in Brisbane.   This role is part of a multidisciplinary team that supports people to achieve social and economic participation in their community.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with a range of stakeholders within a therapeutic support framework.
• Tailoring services that are individualised & strength based.
• Develop, implement and review therapy needs, intervention plans and strategies with clients, family, carers, and their service providers.
• Conduct and complete reports as required

About you

You are a passionate Occupational Therapist looking to make a positive impact in the community.

Essential criteria:

• Degree qualified and registered as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
• Experienced working with a variety of disabilities, including those that require complex supports.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in the development and implementation of occupational therapy assessment and intervention strategies in a disability context.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Driver’s license
