About the opportunity  

As the Office Administrator, you will report to the Chief People Officer and oversee the administrative functions and general management of the office. No two days the same in this newly created position that has become available due to the growth of Royal Rehab. Based at our head office in Milsons Point, this role will provide quality administrative support and work across multiple departments to a wide range of stakeholders.  

 Key responsibilities include:   

  • Daily office management to ensure the office runs smoothly  
  • Maintaining office and meeting room presentation  
  • Email and calendar management to 3 leaders  
  • Preparing and attend management meetings 
  • Prepare/distribute agendas and taking minutes  
  • Writing, formatting proposals and photocopying  
  • Manage all office supplies, access passes and key requirements   
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation as required  
  • Manage projects (e.g., catering, coordinating site visits for the executive team, managing events etc.)  
  • Provide administrative support to our leaders  
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required  

  

  

About You 

You are a confident, independent person who is organised, enthusiastic, proactive and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. With an outgoing personality, you will greet visitors and have a positive and friendly nature, high attention to detail and poses strong customer service skills which will be highly valued by our friendly team. 

With previous experience in a similar role, you will have a genuine desire to learn, provide high quality customer service and be quick on your feet when issues arise. 

  • 2+ years' experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant or relevant role 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook 
  • Ability to engage with various levels of stakeholders 
  • Outstanding written, communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work 
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task 
  • Flexible and reliable (essential) 
  • Current driver's licence (essential) 
  • Working with children and police check (essential) 
  • NDIS Worker Screen (or ability to obtain one is essential!) 
  • COVID-19 Vaccination certificate (Required doses in accordance with Government Health Advice)
