About the role..
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to lead our expansion of Allied Health and Wellbeing services across Far North Queensland. Based in Cairns this pivotal role combines strategic growth, leadership, and operational excellence, ensuring high-quality, client-centered services that meet the evolving needs of the community.
With responsibility for three sites across FNQ Queensland, this role requires a proactive and driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces challenges, and is willing to travel to support teams and foster strong regional connections.
As the Regional Manager, you will:
- Drive business development and service expansion by identifying new opportunities and partnerships across the region.
- Ensure clinical excellence by maintaining best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Manage regional operations, including budgets, workforce planning, and performance targets.
- Engage with stakeholders, across multiple agencies
- Mentor leaders of our multidisciplinary teams within the region, upskilling them in business development and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

- Proven leadership experience in leading allied health multidisciplinary team in a community environment

- Strong operational and financial management capabilities, ensuring
- A commitment to team development and mentoring, cultivating a positive and high-performing workplace.
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health discipline or health management
- Extensive experience in delivering allied health services within a multidisciplinary setting.
- Proven leadership expertise in healthcare or community services
- Demonstrated capability in business development and strategic planning
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development, driving service quality improvements and best practices
- Strong collaboration skills, fostering effective cross-departmental teamwork and integration
- Ability to travel across the region.
