About the role
Based in the Hunter Valley, you will be responsible for leading our high performing team to ensure our customers achieve their goals and our business objectives are exceeded. In this role, you will be responsible for the identification of opportunities for business growth, new customers & markets.
To achieve this you will be:
- Understanding & improving the customer experience
- Ensuring customers achieve their goals and business objectives are exceeded
- Effectively develop, promote & nurture an enterprising workforce
- Demonstrating effective decision making, analysis of sales & customer data
- Building & maintaining relationships with various agencies, referral sources & partners
- Meeting the required margin & revenue KPIs.
About you...
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience in a management or leadership role within the Human Services sector
- Program Management experience within Mental Health, Disability or Human Services
- Business growth & development focus
- Strong financial acumen incorporating budget and P&L responsibility
- Exceptional people leadership skills and the ability to lead a cohesive, performance focused team
- Have previous recruiting experience
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- The drive to achieve or exceed your targets & KPI's
- Ability to manage multiple customer management systems
- Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
- Working with children’s check (essential or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
