About the role…

Based in Sunshine (Melbourne), this is a wonderful opportunity for people who are passionate about community support, who enjoy guiding and developing others, and who have a genuine interest to partner with, and learn from experienced and inspiring colleagues and senior leaders.

It is responsible for the leadership and development of a small team that delivers multiple NDIS funded programs in the area of Support Coordination.

Reporting to the Regional Manager and working alongside one other, your day-to-day role will include:- ensuring the effective delivery of quality services; development of your team providing mentoring and supervision to expand their knowledge and careers; and support the strategic development of your portfolio through business development.

 

About you…

This career opportunity is ideally suited to candidates who have solid experience in Support Coordination and are looking to step-up into a leadership position.   Any experience in a 2ic position or acting in a leadership role previously is highly advantageous.

The salary package on offer for the position ranges from $75-$79K + 11.5% Super + Leave Loading + up to $18,550 Salary Packaging Benefits + Royal Rewards. Any certificates or qualifications relevant to this sector or equivalent experience, will attract a base salary towards the higher end.
