What You'll Do:

As a part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers to achieve their goals and aspirations, with a focus on sustainable employment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a high-performing team of Support Coordinators and Support Workers.
  • Driving business development and community engagement to spur business growth.
  • Coaching, developing, and managing teams to identify opportunities for our customers.
  • Understanding and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and various agencies.
  • Developing local partnerships and customer channels.
  • Meeting margin and revenue KPIs.
  • Establishing strong community linkages to facilitate referrals to Breakthru's suite of programs.

About You:

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in the Disability Sector and Mental Health.
  • Qualifications and/or experience in Business or Human Services.
  • A drive to achieve or exceed targets and KPIs.
  • The ability to create and manage meaningful relationships with customers and employers.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to obtain a Working with Children and Police Check.
  • Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screen.
  • A COVID-19 Vaccination certificate (Required doses in accordance with Government Health Advice).
