Merilyn is Founder and Principal Consultant of Catalina Consultants, a Human Resources consulting business providing outsourcing services to a variety of industries. She previously held the positions of Head of Human Resources at Crown Horwath and partner at WHK. Merilyn is Vice-Chair of Royal Rehab Group, and Chair of the Royal Rehab Foundation. She joined the Board in February 2018.
