Supported Independent Living (SIL) 

Open the door to your new home

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is NDIS funded support that helps you live as independently as possible at home. Through Breakthru and SCIA, both part of Royal Rehab Group, you can choose drop in help or 24 hour support to suit you. It can cover personal care, daily tasks, overnight support and building new skills. Whether you live on your own or share with others, we will help you find what works.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)

Home and living support for complex needs

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is NDIS funded housing for people who need a high level of support and a home designed around their needs. It is delivered across Breakthru and SCIA, both part of Royal Rehab Group. These homes are purpose built to the SDA Design Standard, with accessible features like step free entries, ceiling hoists and assistive technology. Get in touch to find a home that fits.

Finding and keeping a job

Find a job you love.
We connect clients with employers across Australia to access meaningful work experience and employment opportunities. We also provide support to prepare for the workplace, strengthen literacy and numeracy skills, obtain a driver’s licence, and gain essential qualifications to improve job readiness.

School leaver employment supports (SLES)

Paving your way from school to employment.
No matter where clients are in their journey after school, we provide the support they need to build skills, increase confidence, and take the next step towards meaningful employment they enjoy.

Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA)

Unlock new employment opportunities.
As a provider of Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) services, we connect people with disability to meaningful employment opportunities and support them to find, secure, and maintain rewarding jobs.

Traumatic brain injury (TBI) program

A free online job skills program designed for people with traumatic brain injury who need extra support to find work.
You'll be guided by an Employment Coach with lived experience who will help you build job search skills, strengthen applications, and provide ongoing support once you're employed. Complete the program online from the comfort of your home, anywhere in Australia.

For employers

We provide end-to-end support to help employers build disability-inclusive workplaces.
Our tailored Disability Awareness Training equips your team to attract, support and retain employees with physical disabilities, while our services also cover workplace accessibility compliance and inclusive hiring practices.
