Merilyn is Founder and Principal Consultant of Catalina Consultants, a Human Resources consulting business providing outsourcing services to a variety of industries. She previously held the positions of Head of Human Resources at Crown Horwath and partner at WHK. Merilyn is Chair of the Royal Rehab Foundation and joined the Board in February 2018.
