✨ About the Role:
We're on the lookout for a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a warm desk in either the healthcare, professional services, or community sector space. Working part-time on a 6 month temp contract (possibility of extension!!), you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle — from advertising, sourcing and setting interviews to client management and placement.
As this is a job share position, strong communication is key to the success and future of the role.
It is perfect for someone seeking work-life balance, returning to the workforce, or simply ready for a new challenge with the freedom of a part-time setup.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across temp or perm roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
- Write compelling job ads, screen applicants, and conduct interviews
- Provide a high-touch experience for clients and job seekers alike
- Contribute to business growth through client engagement and delivery excellence
✅ About You:
- At least 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or internal)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms (JobAdder a bonus!!)
- Passionate about matching people with purpose
